Objective

The goal of this Spanish Language Training Course is to prepare non-Spanish-speaking real estate agents, brokers, with the necessary Spanish language communication skills that will support them to introduce themselves, to show a property, to sale or to buy a property or housing to Spanish-speaking clients. The students do not need any prior Spanish language knowledge.

Students will learn grammar concepts, vocabulary, and expressions to make their own sentences and ask questions.

Students will learn about the Spanish cultural awareness.
Audience:
Our students are Real Estate Agents or other professional people interested in learning the Basic Spanish Communication skills in Real Estate to communicate with the Hispanic community.

Eligibility
You (as Registrant) must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Spanish Language 4 Business (SL4B) Online Spanish Language Training Course.
Payment / Registration
The fee for the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registration is not complete until SL4B has received such full payment of the Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is are being paid by a third party. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from SL4B acknowledging your enrollment in the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course.
The Fee consists of a registration fee and tuition fees. The Live Online Spanish Language Training Course will be billed in United States Dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Zell or by cheque.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submission of your registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by you
Your right to cancel your Live Online Spanish Language Training Course and obtain a refund that you have paid for.
You have the right to cancel your Live Online Spanish Language Training Course at any time up to 7 days before the commencement of the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course. You will receive a full refund of any payments you have made. No refunds will made after you received an email with the files of the training materials.
To exercise your cancellation rights as set out above, please inform us in writing by email to josespanishlanguage4business.com Please write the name of your Live Online Spanish Language Training Course in the subject-line of your email.
Cancellation by us
SL4B reserves the right to cancel the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course by giving you notice in writing by email at any time before the course is due to start. SL4B will refund all fees paid by you.
Course Content
The Live Online Spanish Language Training Course description is intended to indicate only the general nature of the course and does not guarantee content. SL4B reserves the right to amend the course and alter details at its discretion.
SL4B is not responsible if you fail to meet the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course requirements and you should ensure that you allocate sufficient time to allow you to successfully complete the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course. Refunds are only available as set out in paragraph 3 above.

any other content – appearing via the Online Course are protected by copyrights and/or
other proprietary rights belonging to SL4B’s and/or other third parties.
You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, distribute, disseminate, publish, post, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, upload to, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course. You may not sell or offer for sale any of the content, or allow third parties to access it, or use such content to construct any kind of database. You may use the content from the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course only for personal, non-commercial use.
Any violation of these terms may result to fines and penalties.
Technology Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper hardware and software requirements, along with access to Wi-Fi, to be able to participate in the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course.
SL4B is not be responsible for any errors or failures in relation to your ability to access the Live Online Spanish Language Training Course, any related materials, including where such errors or failures are caused by: (i) a loss of connection on SL4B's or your end; (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online software and/or (iii) a breakdown or problems with your internet connection, computer or system.
